It all began with my curious case of ADHD. Ya see, I am always messing in something..always! I have more hobbies than I can possibly afford and lots of creative outlets. I've always enjoyed working on my own furniture, so I figured since I loved doing it so much, I might as well try to make a job out if it.

So I started taking every single piece of furniture in my house that needed work, and went to town. There was a lot of trial and error and a lot of hard work, but I loved every second of it.

Then one day I was thinking about how bad or non-existent good customer service is these days and thought, "I bet if you could provide outstanding work and outstanding customer service, you would really have a gold mine!" I pride myself on hard work, work ethic, and have worked in customer service for most of my life. People that want to do a good job and do it right are a rare breed these days.
